At GBL Technologies, we strive to provide high-quality digital and technology-related services to our clients. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be provided for our services.
By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
As GBL Technologies provides digital, professional, and technology-related services, time, resources, and expertise may be allocated to a project once work has begun.
For this reason, payments for services already completed or work already performed are generally non-refundable.
Any refund request will be reviewed based on the specific circumstances of the project and the amount of work completed.
An advance payment or deposit may be required before a project begins.
Once work has started, the advance or deposit may be used to cover the time, planning, resources, and services already provided. Therefore, deposits and advance payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a client cancels a project before any work has started, GBL Technologies may review the payment and determine whether a full or partial refund is applicable.
Any applicable refund may be subject to administrative, transaction, or payment processing fees.
If a client decides to cancel a project after work has started, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
Refunds for payments already made will generally not be provided for completed work, time spent, resources used, or services already delivered.
Custom services, including but not limited to website design, website development, software development, digital marketing, technical services, and other customized solutions, are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
This is because these services involve time, professional expertise, and resources specifically allocated to the client’s project.
Clients are encouraged to communicate their requirements clearly before and during the project.
Where revisions are included in the agreed project scope, we will make reasonable efforts to address revision requests.
A change of mind, changes in business direction, or changes to project requirements after work has started may not qualify for a refund.
Additional changes outside the original agreed scope may require additional charges.
Fees paid to third-party providers, including but not limited to domain providers, hosting companies, software providers, plugins, payment processors, or other external services, are generally non-refundable.
GBL Technologies is not responsible for refund policies or decisions made by third-party service providers.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us and provide relevant details regarding your project and payment.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
GBL Technologies reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests in accordance with this Refund Policy and the specific terms agreed upon for the project.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, clients are encouraged to contact GBL Technologies directly so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of ongoing services and the termination of any active project.
GBL Technologies reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Any updates will become effective once they are published on this page. The “Last Updated” date will also be revised accordingly.
If you have any questions regarding this Refund Policy or would like to discuss a refund request, please contact us using the contact information provided on our website.
